Some renovated properties are now selling for over AED 5M, which was previously unheard of in The Springs. Although upgraded properties are reaching a higher price, there is still high demand for standard homes as some end users choose to renovate them themselves. We have also seen the market catching up with previously overpriced properties as buyers get motivated by rising rental prices.
