A luxury villa community in Emirates Living, The Meadows maintained high popularity with buyers and tenants in Q3 thanks to its central location and peaceful setting. We have seen an increase in average sales prices compared to the same period last year, with most residents choosing to stay in the area. There’s a lack of available units for sale and rent, however, the demand is still high from buyers and tenants who are willing to pay a premium to secure their spot in the community. Although a slower summer was perceived, The Meadows maintained strong activity and we expect this to continue.
