The Lakes continues to be popular with buyers and tenants during this quarter thanks to its prime location and peaceful environment in the Emirates Living community. Buyers and tenants alike are eager to live in the area, and the lack of available properties is driving prices up. Most buyers are choosing to purchase with a mortgage, including some former tenants who decided to buy. Although we saw a slight slowdown in the summer months, we expect activity to pick up for a bustling end of year.
