Strategically located between Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, this community is divided into nine districts and is popular with young families. JVT has come into its own in the past couple of years as more properties complete and more amenities open.

With Nakheel still allowing for property extensions for up to 80% which is non comparable with any other Dubai communities, there has been a consistent increase in price per sq. ft. JVT has also seen more new rental contracts once again and is clearly attracting new tenants. At the same time, people are switching to buying in JVT – potentially due to the update to the RERA calculator index.
