One of Dubai’s most exclusive communities, Jumeirah Islands, was a top choice for buyers and tenants in Q1. Grand villas on the 46 man-made islands achieved impressive sales prices, continuing an upward trend.

Rental income has also increased, with new tenants willing to pay a premium for upgraded units. Throughout 2024 we expect to see more renovations to meet the growing demand for luxury living spaces.
