One of Dubai’s most popular luxury destinations, Jumeirah Golf Estates showed consistent growth in the average sales price during this quarter – with buyers and tenants willing to pay a premium to live in the area. Despite a lack of available properties, the continued demand from buyers is driving prices up for those that come to market. Although a slower summer was perceived, Jumeirah Golf Estates maintained strong activity and we expect it to increase in the last quarter of the year.
