DAMAC Hills - Townhouses & Villas Q3 2023 Market Report

One of Dubai’s growing expat communities, DAMAC Hills continues to gain popularity with families, investors and first-time buyers. Although other communities experienced a slower summer, DAMAC Hills saw increased activity in both sales and leasing. Average sales prices grew significantly during Q3 compared to the same period last year – a trend that we’re seeing for the second year in a row. On the rentals side, there was an increase in both new contracts and renewals in this quarter which shows that tenants are willing to pay the rising rental prices – while some others are being encouraged to venture into buying.
