Last quarter, sales and leasing prices experienced an increase in DAMAC Hills as it remains an attractive spot for first time buyers and investors. 

Most sales transactions were for five bedroom properties, which suggests that larger families are drawn to the area. Rental activity is also picking up, with more new contracts than renewals registered in Q2.
