Project update: First look inside La Perla Homes townhouses

Construction is still going strong at La Perla Homes in JVC, a premium townhouse project released earlier this year by GHD Developments. Inspired by the uniqueness and exclusivity of a pearl, these 4 bedroom homes aim to deliver unmatched living experiences with smart home automation, elegant designs, and carefully selected materials.

Set for completion in Q1 2024, there's been quite a lot of exciting progress on the townhouses over the past few months – from the modern external façade to the rooftop, barbecue area, and private pool.
