It’s been a standout year for our Off Plan division, and last week, that momentum was recognised by Dubai’s top developer.
We were proud to attend the Emaar Broker Awards 2025, where our team was invited to celebrate standout achievements amongst the top agencies in Dubai real estate. With a growing Off Plan division of 70+ agents and a standout year so far, it was great to see our presence felt in every sense of the word.
For our Off Plan division, the night marked a real milestone. We showed up (in more ways than one), and it was great to see the scale, strength and presence of the haus & haus team fully reflected on an occasion like this. Let’s just say… we made an impression, and not just for being the best dressed in the room.
To date, we’ve already sold more Emaar properties than we did in the last two years combined.
So, what did we win?
haus & haus proudly placed 9th for Off Plan sales volume in Q2 2025, and 16th overall for H1 2025 at the Emaar Broker Awards 2025.
At face value, those numbers might not turn heads. But here's the full picture: there are over 5,000 registered real estate agencies in Dubai. Many of them focus exclusively on selling Emaar unique properties. We do more than that. We're a full-service real estate agency in Dubai and yet, we still landed in the top 10 for Q2 with the city’s biggest Off Plan developer.

Our H1 2025 Emaar Off Plan sales are up 540% compared to H1 2024 and we ’ve already more than doubled last year’s total… and it’s only August.
