Dubai’s rental market is constantly evolving and the way people manage their rent should evolve with it. That is why haus & haus is excited to announce a new exclusive partnership with Rewa, a digital rent payment and rewards platform designed to make rent payments simpler for tenants and rent collection more streamlined for landlords.
Through the partnership, haus & haus landlords and tenants within our managed portfolio can access a more flexible digital approach to rent payments. Tenants can pay rent by credit card or bank transfer, manage payments digitally and earn loyalty rewards when they pay, while landlords benefit from automated reconciliation and a more efficient collection process.
The partnership brings together haus & haus’s experience across Dubai’s rental and property management market with Rewa’s technology-led approach to rent collection. The goal is straightforward: reduce unnecessary friction around one of the biggest recurring payments tenants make and create a better experience for both sides of the rental relationship.
What is Rewa?
Rewa is a UAE digital rent payment and rewards platform that allows tenants to pay rent by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Rather than relying only on traditional cheque-based rent payment processes, tenants can use Rewa to set up and manage rent payments digitally.
The platform is designed around the UAE rental market and integrates with Ejari. Rewa’s platform also allows eligible tenants to earn Rewa Points on rent payments, turning a major household expense into an opportunity to access rewards.
Tenants can learn more about the platform, payment options and rewards directly on the Rewa website.
The partnership was also introduced by haus & haus Leasing Director Joy Eaton alongside the Rewa team. Watch the haus & haus and Rewa partnership announcement on Instagram to hear more about what the collaboration means for landlords and tenants.
What does the haus & haus and Rewa partnership mean?
For the first three months of the partnership, haus & haus is Rewa’s exclusive real estate distribution partner in the UAE. This gives haus & haus the opportunity to introduce the platform and its benefits to existing and future landlords and tenants within our managed portfolio.
For our clients, the partnership is about access to a more modern rent payment experience supported by teams that already understand the UAE rental journey. haus & haus will lead communication with its landlord and tenant base, while Rewa provides the platform, onboarding resources, training and dedicated partnership support.
It also reflects a wider shift in the market. Tenants increasingly expect everyday services to be easy to access and manage digitally. Rent has traditionally been one of the exceptions, often involving post-dated cheques and manual processes. Rewa offers an alternative built specifically around digital rent payments in the UAE.
By working with Rewa, haus & haus can help landlords and tenants understand the platform, how onboarding works and whether it is the right option for their rental arrangement.
Pay rent by credit card or bank transfer in Dubai
For tenants, the most immediate benefit is choice. Rewa supports card and bank transfer payments, giving tenants more flexibility in how they manage rent rather than limiting the payment experience to cheques.
Payments can be managed through a digital schedule, making it easier to keep track of upcoming rent obligations. The platform is designed to reduce the friction that can come with manual payment processes while keeping rental details connected to the UAE’s established Ejari framework.
There is also a rewards element. Eligible on-time rent payments can earn Rewa Points, which can be used across participating rewards options. Rewa also highlights the ability to convert points into airline miles through supported loyalty programmes, helping tenants gain additional value from a payment they are already making.
For more information on how points and airline rewards work, tenants can explore Rewa’s rent rewards and airline miles guide.
The result is a different way to think about rent. Instead of rent being a large recurring payment with no added benefit, Rewa gives tenants the opportunity to earn rewards while using a digital payment process that is easier to manage.
How Rewa works for tenants
The Rewa process is designed to be simple:
- Set up your rental details. Tenants sign in using UAE Pass and link their Ejari information to confirm the relevant rental details.
- Choose how to pay. Rent can be paid by card or bank transfer, either immediately or according to a digital payment schedule.
- Pay rent and earn rewards. Once the payment is processed, eligible payments earn Rewa Points that can be redeemed through the platform’s rewards ecosystem.
Rewa acts as the technology facilitator for the payment process. It provides the digital infrastructure through which rent payments are initiated, processed and settled, but does not hold rent funds as a custodian or escrow agent.
Depending on the landlord’s arrangement with haus & haus, payments may settle directly to the landlord’s designated bank account or, for relevant managed properties, to the haus & haus designated collection account for onward remittance in line with the property management arrangement.
A simpler rent collection process for landlords
The benefits of digital rent payments are not limited to tenants. For landlords, one of the biggest advantages is a more streamlined collection and reconciliation process.
Rewa provides automated payment reconciliation and payment tracking, helping reduce the administrative work associated with monitoring rental payments. For onboarded landlords and tenants within the managed portfolio, the platform can also provide portfolio-level payment tracking and collection analytics.
This gives landlords and property managers greater visibility over the payment process and reduces reliance on manual reconciliation. Rewa’s landlord proposition is built around on-time collection, with landlords receiving the agreed rent settlement according to the relevant payment arrangement.

For haus & haus, this complements our wider property management approach. Good property management is not only about finding a tenant or managing a property when something goes wrong. It is also about making the ongoing rental experience as clear, efficient and well managed as possible for landlords and tenants.
Supporting a more modern rental experience in Dubai
Dubai has built a reputation for adopting digital services quickly and the rental market is increasingly moving in the same direction. Rewa is designed specifically for the UAE market, with its platform integrated with Ejari and operating within the relevant digital rent collection framework.
The move towards digital rent management is not simply about replacing paper with an app. Done properly, it can improve visibility, reduce repetitive administration and give tenants greater control over how they manage a significant recurring expense.
For landlords, clearer payment tracking and automated reconciliation can make portfolio management more efficient. For tenants, flexible payment methods and rewards create a more user-friendly experience. The haus & haus and Rewa partnership brings these benefits into the wider rental and property management journey.
Most importantly, the technology sits alongside support. Rewa is providing onboarding materials, product guidance and dedicated partnership support, while the haus & haus property management and leasing teams are being equipped to help landlords and tenants understand the platform.
