They say you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep. As it turns out, the same applies to real estate.

Last night, we were in good company at the Emaar Quarter 3 Broker Awards, standing alongside Dubai’s biggest Off Plan specialists - part of a group of just 20 agencies recognised out of more than 6,000 in the city. It was a reminder that recognition from Dubai’s leading developer reflects a partnership that continues to grow, the opportunities it opens up for our clients and the strength of the team driving it forward.  

And for an agency whose core business remains secondary, it’s a meaningful place to be. 

A partnership that matured in 2025

This year has marked a noticeable shift. Our Off Plan division has grown to more than 80 consultants and that scale has naturally strengthened our relationships with developers. More engaged conversations, more consistency and more hands on the ground have led to more invitations, more access and a closer working rhythm with Emaar.

Back in July, we attended the Emaar Broker Awards, celebrating the year’s top-performing agencies. For our team, it was a milestone night that reflected the climb our Off Plan division made in 2025, placing in the top 10 for Q2 and 16th overall for H1 among thousands of competing agencies. Weeks later, Emaar invited Managing Directors, Simon Baker and Luke Remington, to Serbia for the exclusive Boarding to Excellence trip, an honour extended to just 20 agencies globally.

It’s also why we’ve started hosting regular Business Breakfasts, both in-house and off-site, where developers and clients meet directly, discuss upcoming opportunities and build the kind of trust that only comes from face-to-face engagement. 

Recognition that carries weight

haus & haus is a full-service brokerage with a dominant position in Dubai’s secondary market. So to be recognised alongside agencies that focus almost entirely on Off Plan is a meaningful marker of progress and a sign of the confidence Emaar continues to place in our team.

That alignment has benefited our clients through earlier visibility on upcoming releases, priority access at launches and stronger allocation possibilities. All of which are real advantages in a market where timing and availability often determine the outcome.
