Eat, drink and shop
At the heart of life in the development is the Arabian Ranches Community Centre, boasting around 20 retail outlets, including our haus & haus on-site office, a Geant supermarket, coffee shops, a pharmacy, pet shop, travel agent, hair and nail salon and some fast, and some not so fast, food outlets. There is also a Mediclinic in Arabian Ranches and a recently added mosque. The nearby Equestrian & Polo Club has more formal eating options, with a fine dining steak and seafood restaurant, and a less formal restaurant serving all the usual family favourites. The Club houses a modern cocktail bar/cigar lounge and a chilled outdoor lounge area set around the Splash Pool Bar. The Arabian Ranches Golf Club restaurant provides indoor and al fresco casual dining and is also home to Birdies Sports Lounge, which shows all manner of sports (as long as it’s football) on large screens and provides a sports themed menu for fans who prefer a relaxed lounge to standing around on the terraces.
Location. Location. Location.
The community sits opposite Dubai Studio City on Al Qudra Road and is well connected to the city and other parts of the UAE. It’s just a short drive — OK, quite short at 9 km — to Sheikh Zayed Road and the Mall of The Emirates, which connect to many other areas. Positioned between two major highways (E311 and Emirates Road) residents have easy access to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
If you would like the personal touch please visit us today at our our retail stand within your local community centre. We are open 9am - 9pm, 365 days per year. Let us show you that there is more to us than just pretty adverts and fancy photos.
Out and about
There are lots of things to do in Arabian Ranches, most of the communities feature public swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ pits and dedicated children’s playground areas. Picturesque lakes are dotted around, which are great for walking the dog, taking a stroll or doing that early morning jog you’ve been talking about. Dubai Cycle Track is just up the road, offering over 150 km of specially built tarmac to those who like riding through the desert. The Polo Club and Fitness First both offer exercise classes, or if you need your inner harmony restored the Polo Club also houses a spa. As you would expect, the Arabian Ranches Golf Club offers golf in all its forms, and the Polo Club — yes, you’ve guessed it — offers polo, riding lessons and show jumping lessons. Getting around the Arabian Ranches should include your own transport, as it’s not on the Metro line. However, a Mall of The Emirates’ bus service (the F30) does make several stops throughout the communities.
Primary to secondary
Locally there are schools for all ages, including The Ranches Nursery and Primary School, Raffles Nursery, and JESS (Jumeirah English Speaking School) Primary and Secondary. Raffles International School, Gems World Academy, American School of Dubai and the new Kings School in Al Barsha are within easy driving distance or accessible by school bus.
