Emirates Living is made of The Springs, The Lakes, The Meadows & Emirates Hills. Consisting of upscale ultra-luxury villas, Emirates Hills average sales price for 2022 sits at an impressive AED 27 million – significantly increasing the overall average for the entire Emirates Living community. In contrast, the Springs offers more affordable villas whilst still being one of the most popular communities in Dubai. In the mid to high price range is The Lakes and The Meadows. All four communities offer peaceful living with luscious greenery and lakes – yet are still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Dubai.

The majority of the buyers are end users, and we are seeing multiple offers on most properties. Additionally, online listings decreased throughout 2022 with numerous homes selling off market. Emirates Living was the first community to allow purchases from expats at a time when there was plenty of land to build on. Because of this, plot sizes were more generous and there are vast open spaces with large lakes and parks.
