About Mudon

Developed by Dubai Properties, Mudon is a well established community launched in 2008 and completed in several phases over the following decade. The name means ‘cities’ in Arabic, reflecting the original concept of the Mudon area as a mega project to replicate the urban characteristics of ancient Arab cities. While the original plan was later scaled down, the resulting neighbourhood has become one of Dubailand’s most sought after residential areas.
