Review for Teale Golding, leasing agent. I was looking to rent out my townhouse in Furjan and listed it with 3 agencies (apart from getting calls for multiple unregistered ones) 😀. Teale was professional in his approach, timely in his communication and punctual in his follow-up regarding viewings. Most importantly, he was not pushy on any front. With some of the agents (unregistered ones), I felt that many of the viewings were not serious, but Teale (and one more agent too) got genuine clients and did his utmost to match my expectations with those of potential tenants. He managed to secure a tenant in time, at my desired price, and then the follow-up regarding paperwork, finances etc was also excellent. In terms of having systems in place, the agency is perfect and all paperwork, operational details, handover etc are like a well oiled mechanism. As a landlord, I highly recommend Teale as well as haus & haus.
