Tala was an absolute star from the moment we met her! Her extensive knowledge of the short-term letting process was evident, and she always took the time to answer our questions with patience and clarity. We knew we wanted to hire a property management company that could expertly handle the daily operations while also helping us through the set-up and furnishing stages, and Tala and her team exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and the quality of their work and customer service continues to impress us. Additionally, we truly felt it was a collaborative effort, as Tala understood our desire to be involved in the process. Initially, I considered decorating our short-term rental myself, but after viewing Rico's impressive portfolio, I knew it would be best to leave it to the pros. The team listened to my preferences and took my ideas on board while adding creative touches that brought the apartment to life.
