Born and raised in the UAE, Shaimaa holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Dubai. She decided to challenge herself by moving into the field of customer experience, combining her strong interpersonal skills with her solid understanding of business structures.

Her career began in the beauty industry, where her dedication and talent saw her quickly rise to a management position. A few years later, she brought her expertise to haus & haus as Customer Experience Manager, where she is committed to delivering exceptional support and ensuring every client’s journey is a positive experience.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Shaimaa’s mission is to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.

Outside of work, Shaimaa enjoys fitness and wellness activities, practising Pilates, and spending quality time with family.
