Originally from Yorkshire, England, Russell has been based in Dubai since 2013 and brings over 30 years of experience across property, construction and investment.

He began his career as a Civil Engineer in the UK, working on major infrastructure projects including the Channel Tunnel and the Thorpe nuclear facility.

He later moved into senior sales, development and investment roles, including time in Hong Kong as a financial investment consultant advising international clients on portfolio strategy and asset selection. In Dubai, he has spent over a decade in global sales and business development with du and Saudi Telecom, supporting large-scale commercial data centre real estate developments across the Middle East.

Clients value Russell’s honest, detail-focused approach and strong commercial mindset, combining technical understanding with practical advice.

Outside of work, he enjoys clay shooting, tennis, skiing, sailing, scuba diving and padel.
