Originally from the UK, Philip is an Associate Director with over 20 years of experience in real estate. His dedication, expertise and results have seen him rise through the ranks to become a trusted leader within the team.

A graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Planning and Property Development, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and fluent in Swedish. Philip began his career in London’s West End before moving to the UAE in 2008, where he has advised on major development projects across the MENA region.

Known for his personable nature and commitment to client care, Philip goes the extra mile to help clients achieve their investment goals. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, literature and time with his two children.
