Paul moved to Dubai in 2005 to be part of the emirate’s rapidly developing real estate market. Before that, he worked in the City of London for an international brokerage before moving to Marbella, Spain in 2002 to launch a bespoke real estate agency.

From 2005 to 2012, Paul worked for one of Dubai’s leading estate agencies, gaining valuable local experience. He later returned to the financial sector, living and working in both New York and London before making his way back to Dubai in 2018. After several years as an independent agent, he joined haus & haus.

With a strong background in both real estate and finance, Paul brings a unique perspective to Dubai’s Off Plan market. His deep market knowledge and analytical approach allow him to identify high-potential opportunities for investors of all sizes.
