I am very happy about the property management service provided by haus & haus since 2021. It always gave the landlord a free mind when it comes to property management. In 2023, to cope with dramatic change in Dubai real estate market, we worked together with our property consultant Ms. Noella on a plan. She provided professional advices and executions to the plan and it helped us to keep the property value. I am looking forward to experiencing more enhanced service and support from haus & haus!

Ms. Noella Gomes, Senior Property Manager at Haus & Haus, who managed one of our apartments in the Damac Heights. She is an example of a staff who exemplified "what a superior customer service should be." She is genuine, courteous, fair to both the landlord and the tenant. Whenever I have a question, she was available 24x7 through all means of communication especially WhatsUp. I admire her ability to get things done on time without any hesitation with a highly professional manner.
