Working with Niamh was an absolute joy. I had been inundated with calls for years asking if I wanted to sell my house but never entertained the idea as normally the people would say they had a client who was interested in my villa specifically but when I asked them more it was clear that they didn’t know my villa and were just chancers. When Niamh called her disposition and approach were incredibly disarming and my wife and I fully entrusted her with our villa sale from the get go. Charming, intelligent and always available she completely flipped my perception of real estate agents. I would recommend Niamh in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell their villa in Dubai. Although the whole process was stressful (not her doing but with my purchase of another property to complicate things) Niamh was a picture of serenity and a calming influence throughout. I never give reviews for anything much but when the service has been impeccable and beyond my expectations it deserves special mention. Thank you Niamh.
