Mona Zgheib is a Lebanese architect, project manager, and seasoned Dubai real estate investor with more than 20 years of technical and development expertise.

After launching her career in the aluminium façade industry and founding TECMONAL sarl, she moved to Dubai in 2009, later managing major projects with Atkins Réalis, including Bluewaters Island.

Since 2014, Mona has specialized in bespoke custom made and functional design and execution while building a strong investment track record in Dubai’s property market. Having entered the market in 2013 and reinvested strategically in 2022 and 2025, she blends architectural precision with investor insight to guide clients toward high ROI, low risk opportunities.

Mona is fluent in English, Arabic and French and understands Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. Mona enjoys hiking in the Alps and swimming in Dubai Resorts.
