Mihir brings over 22 years of extensive finance experience, having led finance and accounts functions across diverse industries.

He began his career in India in the pharmaceutical and banking sectors before moving to Kenya, where he rose from Finance Controller to Chief Financial Officer, playing a key role in corporate restructuring and fundraising.

Since relocating to Dubai in 2018, Mihir has contributed to one of the region’s largest business conglomerates, driving financial analysis and process improvement. At haus & haus, he is focused on advancing digital transformation and strengthening corporate governance in line with international standards.

A Chartered Accountant from India with an all-India rank and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mihir is known for his results-driven leadership and commercial acumen.

He plays a vital role in supporting the sustained success of the business. Outside of work, Mihir enjoys travelling, music and sports.
