We had the most exceptional experience with Maria Fenton. She represented us to find us a home in Dubai Hills. Maria's customer service went beyond our expectations; she was patient and always available to explain status of negotiations and the Dubai buying process. She and the team at Haus & Haus were so committed to finding us a home, calling upon all their resources to find us suitable properties for sale with genuine sellers. To top it off, Maria even drove through the torrential rains and floods in April to deliver our cheque to the seller agent to secure our property!! We are very happy to have been Maria Fenton's clients. We were unsuccessfully looking for apartments in Dubai Hills on popular websites and decided to contact an agency with a large base in the area. That's how we met Maria. We don't speak much English, but that wasn't a problem or obstacle for Maria. She communicated very well with us, spoke very clearly, used an interpreter, and was very friendly. She helped us every step of the way, was in touch every day and responded very quickly. We chose from 3 apartment options and within a week we moved in, got our permits and had dewa and gas hooked up.
