Luke is a founding partner at haus & haus and one of the driving forces behind establishing the company as one of Dubai’s most reputable real estate agencies.

He began his career in 1998 with Pembrokeshire’s leading agent, fbm, where he quickly rose through the ranks. Within five years, he was managing multi-million-pound developments. His passion for property also saw him attend five International Property Awards ceremonies in the United States and contribute to fbm’s recognition as The Sunday Times’ ‘Best Independent Estate Agent in the UK’.

In 2012, Luke relocated to Dubai and embraced the opportunity to explore the city’s real estate landscape while it was still rapidly taking shape. At the time, he was a Senior Sales Consultant at a leading brokerage and within months his performance earned him the title of ‘Best Newcomer’ at the company’s annual awards.

In 2013, Luke co-founded haus & haus with a clear goal and an unwavering commitment to delivering a people first service. Since then, he has played a key role in guiding clients through their property journeys while championing the company’s vision and values, helping the business grow into one of Dubai’s most trusted agencies.
