Thereafter, Laura reached Resort Manager for the No.1 UK ski holiday company Crystal Ski and soon developed a reputation for her love of the mountains and creating a first-rate guest experience.

She has a huge passion for service and customer experience and this fuelled her move to Dubai into real estate, where she applies all her invaluable skills in her everyday work.
