I rented my first ever apartment in dubai recently, and as much as i was dreading the whole process, i got in touch with the best broker there is. Jordan has been a huge help throughout the process, not only did he make it so much easier, saving up my time and a lot of headache, but also guided me throughly, always available to answer any kind of questions that I had. The whole process of renting that apartment has been so smooth and easy for me, can't thank you guys enough! Me and my wife's gonna have a baby soon so we've looked and checked for a family friendly neighborhood with a good space for us to start up with. We've checked and viewed a lot of apartments but the one that Jordan showed us was amazing. Quiet and peaceful residence, 2 bedroom apartment, a huge balcony, good covered parking space with few steps away from the entrance, a playground for our coming baby, a pool and gym for our family. I guess this is the one really for us. Well, there are some places that offers actually the same things that I've mentioned, only 1 thing they don't have, Mr.Jordan Rowe. For starters, this is our first ever Apartment rented and named to ourselves. Because we've been in our company accommodations for the past 6 years here in Dubai. So we didn't expect that there's a loooot of things that you needed to do before moving in. But the best thing was Jordan's there to help us and guide us in every step of the way. From day 1 of viewing, then until now that we've moved in. He's still a great help for us. I really recommend this community plus of course our agent, Mr. Jordan Rowe. Plus, security here were so polite and friendly. I guess that's another plus points since you wanted to be safe and secure at the same time. Kudos to Haus and Haus for giving your staff proper training, 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you again Mr. Jordan Rowe.
