After purchasing my property at Elan I received calls from around easily more than 40 different agents introducing themselves as area specialists for TAG and asking if i were interested in selling my property they would like to assist me. Fast forward 1 year later when i was actually ready to sell, only John came to my mind to reach out to. He was the only agent whose number i had saved from the 40+ other agents that contacted me because he really stood out that much from the rest. Once i decided to proceed with John, he closed a deal for me in a record time of literally 10 days without any compromise on my asking price. After closing this deal, i was looking to purchase a new property at Bliss AR3. I contacted several area specialists but none of them could get me what i was looking for.
