After graduating in 2003, Joff fell into his sales career with a temporary job knocking on doors in rainy Wales. Within one year he was given the opportunity to run a new branch of the company.

He then moved to London, switching careers into the booming recruitment industry. In early 2008, he was chosen to relocate to Dubai and set up the Middle Eastern operations.

His long-term experience in the UAE then led him to be approached by LinkedIn to set up a brand new tech sales & marketing division.

Applying 13 years of UAE knowledge and his diverse sales experience, Joff then started in the haus & haus Emirates Living Leasing Team, quickly progressing into sales. He later expanded his remit to include the exclusive Jumeirah Islands community. As he lives and works in The Springs, he enjoys seeing the people he has helped move into the area, while walking around the lakes with his dog 'Nugget'.
