James is a founding partner of haus & haus and has played a central role in shaping the company’s culture, growth and operations since its launch in 2013. Known for his high energy, sharp attention to detail and people-first mindset, he has helped build the results-driven environment that defines the business today.

Before entering the world of real estate, James spent eight years as a professional cyclist, competing internationally and becoming a two-time UK National Champion.

After retiring from professional sport, James discovered a passion for sales and moved into property with a leading agency in Manchester. He quickly progressed into a senior role while completing a five year RICS-accredited qualification in Property Management and Investment, developing a strong technical foundation alongside his commercial success.

In 2010, James relocated to Dubai and joined one of the city’s leading brokerages, where he consistently surpassed targets and rose to a senior position before going on to co-found haus & haus.

Today, James remains closely involved in the business and is passionate about nurturing talent, driving performance and supporting the next generation of agents.

Whether hosting the company’s monthly meetings or spending time in the offices catching up with the team, he is known for his approachable leadership style and genuine enthusiasm for the people who make haus & haus what it is.
