James is one of the founding partners of haus & haus and plays a key role in the company’s growth and operations. Known for his high energy approach, sharp attention to detail and people first mindset, he has helped shape a results driven culture that puts both clients and staff at the centre.
Before entering the property industry, James spent eight years as a professional cyclist living and competing in France and around the world at Elite level, making him a two times UK National champion. This competitive spirit and international perspective have carried through to his career in real estate.
After retiring from the sport, James transitioned into sales and found his niche in property, joining one of Manchester’s leading independent letting and management agencies. There, he quickly rose to a senior role, building a reputation for negotiation and client services.
Whilst working full time, he completed a five year RICS accredited in Property Management and Investment, equipping him with a solid foundation in the technical and commercial aspects of the industry.
Motivated by the energy of Dubai’s property market, James relocated to Dubai in 2010. Initially joining one of the city’s top brokerages, he quickly gained respect by surpassing many targets within the company and rose to a senior position.
Today, James remains closely involved in the day-to-day business and is passionate about nurturing talent, driving performance and delivering outstanding results for clients.
