"More than a year ago I started actively looking for a house. There have been a lot of different agents that I have been in touch with with other companies and I have seen houses and experienced varying levels of service with each one that has been in touch with me. Having said that, I must say Hannah has been extremely professional and helpful from the beginning of this process. In spite of the fact that she had a light touch, I never felt pressured to make a decision. On the contrary, she kept telling me to take my time and see other options, as she was so trustworthy. As a result of her advice, we decided to purchase a property in a different community that we had never even considered before.
