Georgina Moyes and her partner, Paul Robinson, are fantastic and a pleasure to deal with! In the previous several months, my family and I have utilized them for real estate transactions, and we have found their competence and reaction speed to be unparalleled. I couldn't imagine finding a better agent. Georgina and Paul negotiated honestly and appropriately during transactions, were flexible and understanding, provided excellent advice, and Georgina was a star in following up, especially since, as first-time buyers, we didn't know all of the questions I should be asking (or do's and don'ts, for example), and would proactively provide us with information, making us feel like I was walking through this process with someone who had my best interests at heart. I'd suggest Georgina and Paul to everyone. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and excellent at their jobs. We really liked getting to know them as people, and the inside information given about the area was essential. Everything worked well on our end, and we much appreciate their knowledge. Happy days, and today we made the transfer for Meadows 9, and we now have the title deed within the same day, thank you guys.
