I'm absolutely amazed by the service of Haus&Haus, specifically by Ciara Banks. She has been very professional from the moment I contacted her via PropertyFinder and till after-sale experience where she handed over me all the documents. What I really liked in her service is that she understood what I am looking for, without trying to sell me what she had to sell (as many other real estate agents in Dubai do - they try to sell you what THEY think is good, but not what you need). She also helped in resolving paper issues in extremely tight deadlines. And she updated me on every stage of the negotiation / documents preparation / final organization points. I think she was born to be a queen of real estate market in Dubai :), with inbuilt communication skills of dealing with customers in most extreme stressful situations.
