Charlie joined haus & haus in 2016, bringing drive, dynamism and a client-centred approach to his role as a Leasing Consultant. Through consistent performance and strong leadership, he progressed through several key roles, becoming the company’s first Leasing Director before later stepping into the position of Sales Director.

Charlie believes that client satisfaction begins internally. He champions a culture built on strong leadership, team support and an encouraging environment that enables people to succeed both personally and professionally.

Today, Charlie works closely with teams across the business, providing guidance and encouraging agents to take the next steps in their careers.

He is known for his approachable leadership style and is always available for a conversation or quick piece of advice, ensuring agents feel supported as they grow within the company.
