Originally from India, she spent several years living in the tropical hub of Singapore before relocating to Dubai with her husband — a move they embraced wholeheartedly, drawn by the city’s energy and opportunity.

Avina began her real estate career over ten years ago, with a background that includes Off Plan property sales and high-value client management at Citibank’s wealth division. Her strength lies in building lasting relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs — a skill she’s honed across industries and cultures.

An entrepreneur at heart, Avina also launched her own fashion label, which grew into a recognised brand through partnerships with India’s top e-commerce platforms. Her ability to spot market opportunities, combined with resilience and creativity, now adds exceptional value to her real estate clients.

In 2024, Avina and her husband — newly minted empty nesters — spent several months slow-travelling across Europe with just two suitcases. That journey deepened her appreciation for minimalism, culture, and the joy of finding the perfect place to call home — something she now channels into her work.

Now firmly rooted in Dubai, Avina is focused on building a long-term career in residential sales. She speaks English and is known for her calm confidence, patience, and people-first approach.
