Originally from Merseyside, UK, Aimee Marsh brings extensive experience and a passion for connecting top talent to her role as Head of Recruitment.

Her career journey began in the aviation industry, where she spent six and a half years as Cabin Crew with Virgin Atlantic, before relocating to Dubai in 2021 to work as a Real Estate Agent. This transition ignited her interest in recruitment, leading her to progress from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, and now Head of Recruitment.

Aimee’s background as a Real Estate Agent gives her a unique perspective when identifying and mentoring candidates. She provides a transparent and honest outlook on what it takes to succeed in Dubai’s competitive real estate market, helping candidates make informed decisions and supporting them through life-changing moves to the city.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys socialising with friends, walking her dog, and exploring Dubai’s vibrant restaurant and beach club scene. With a passion for fostering success and creating smooth recruitment processes, Aimee is dedicated to building a strong team of top-performing agents.
