Originally from Merseyside, UK, Aimee Marsh brings extensive experience and a passion for connecting top talent to her role as Head of Recruitment at haus & haus.

Her career journey began in the aviation industry, where she spent six and a half years as Cabin Crew with Virgin Atlantic. After relocating to Dubai in 2021, Aimee became a real estate agent, which sparked her interest in recruitment. Since then, she’s progressed rapidly - from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, and now Head of Recruitment.

Aimee’s background in real estate gives her a unique perspective when identifying and mentoring candidates. She offers honest advice and a transparent outlook on what it takes to succeed in Dubai’s competitive real estate market, guiding candidates to make informed decisions and supporting them through life-changing moves to the city.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys socialising with friends, walking her dog, and exploring Dubai’s vibrant restaurant and beach club scene. With a passion for fostering success and creating a smooth recruitment processes, Aimee is dedicated to building a strong team of top-performing agents.
