Role requirements:

• Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct market appraisals for listings
• List properties on our CRM system Reapit
• Qualify clients and arrange viewings
• Negotiate and find suitable outcomes for both parties
• Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust, transparency, and accountability
• Keep record of properties, clients, and owners 

What you will need:

• A strong background in sales and client-facing roles
• A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach
