We are currently seeking an exceptional Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic commercial department.

Role Requirements

• Obtain investment opportunities through key contacts to purchase/lease ready properties
• Secure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
• Understand clients' requirements to find the right property
• Prepare agreements and necessary documentation
• Maintain an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients
• Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available in relevant programmes
• Keep accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of haus & haus

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAE real estate market or banking, customer relations, sales, corporate relations
• Knowledge in reading contracts, calculating budgets, knowledge of basic legislative requirements, awareness of current market rates and regulations in Real Estate 

Skills & Professional Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office
• RERA Certification
• Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports
• Good communication and presentation skills
