Charlie Bannan, now Managing Director at haus & haus, was once a Leasing Agent who joined the team in 2016. He’s worked his way up through the business and has seen firsthand how much opportunity the Dubai market & haus & haus can offer. A no-nonsense expert with deep knowledge of real estate and the people who thrive in it, Charlie has helped countless individuals succeed through a motivating environment and honest, practical advice.
Head of Training
Cliona was a qualified pharmacist before switching careers to real estate and is proof that there’s no one path to success in this industry. She started in leasing and now leads training at haus & haus, working with hundreds of agents to sharpen their mindset, skillset and results.

Aimee started her career in real estate through leasing, so she knows exactly what it takes to succeed — the hustle, the highs and the learning curve. After proving herself on the ground, she transitioned into recruitment and is now Head of Recruitment at haus & haus. With a sharp eye for potential and a real passion for matching people to the right roles, Aimee offers honest, insider advice on what we’re looking for and how to put your best foot forward.
