Originally from Gravesend in Kent, Stephen is a property and investment professional with over 20 years of experience across the UAE and London.

Known for providing sound commercial advice and sourcing off-market opportunities, he builds strong partnerships based on trust and shared success.

Stephen is the founding partner of Here Residential Property Group in the UK, which specialises in off-market property acquisitions and disposals. Having first invested in Dubai in 2004 and worked as an agent in the city from 2006 to 2010, he brings invaluable insight into both market cycles and the fundamentals of secure investment.

Outside work Stephen enjoys spending time with his two sons, who he describes as his greatest teachers, as well as singing at renowned jazz venues including Ronnie Scott’s and The Hippodrome.
