With roots in Nairobi, Kenya, Shivam Pattni began his real estate career in 2025 and brings a skilled, globally minded approach to Dubai’s property market.

Having lived in Dubai since 2022, he has developed a strong understanding of the city’s fast-paced lifestyle and now specialises in Palm Jumeirah. Shivam’s background in sports management, luxury retail and the gold and diamond trade has strengthened his communication and negotiation abilities, as well as his ability to deliver premium service.

Fluent in English, Swahili, Hindi, Punjabi and Spanish, he connects naturally with clients from diverse backgrounds.

A former Kenyan national squash player, he brings focus and discipline to every transaction. Outside work, Shivam enjoys padel, cycling, gym training and exploring Dubai’s restaurant scene.
