Shehab grew up in Manchester and moved to get his Bachelor's degree in engineering at the University of Leeds – he then did his Masters in petroleum and gas engineering.

He spent 10 years directing his own kitchen showroom and manufacturing firm, providing hundreds of homeowners with their dream kitchens. Looking for a new challenge, he decided to relocate with his family to Dubai, where he began to pursue his passion for real estate.

As a former business owner, Shehab is known for his ability to understand clients' needs and guide them towards the best opportunities. His strong communication skills allow him to connect with people and create long lasting relationships, offering ongoing support and professional advice along the way.

When he is not working, he likes to spend quality time with his two children.
