Originally from Iran and raised in Dubai, Shahram combines a global outlook with deep local expertise.

Having lived in the city for most of his life, he has a strong understanding of its communities, growth and investment potential, helping clients make informed property decisions.

He began his career with Emirates as a flight attendant, developing excellent communication skills and a service-driven mindset, before moving into aviation operations. Shahram later transitioned into real estate, initially specialising in secondary sales in Dubai Creek Harbour, and now focusing on Off Plan investments where his analytical approach adds clear value.

Fluent in English and Farsi, he works with an international clientele and is known for his straightforward, consultative style. He supports every recommendation with clear market insight, building long term relationships founded on trust.

Outside of work, Shahram enjoys reading, playing squash and travelling.
