Having lived and worked across the United States and Thailand before relocating to the UAE, she offers clients a truly international perspective and a clear understanding of both lifestyle and investment priorities.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pavida combines academic rigour with real-world experience. Her background spans banking, property investment and hospitality management, where she developed more than a decade of experience in negotiation, client relations and strategic planning.

Before joining haus & haus, Pavida owned and managed multiple restaurant and commercial property ventures in the United States, strengthening her financial insight, leadership skills and commitment to service excellence. This entrepreneurial foundation allows her to identify strong opportunities and guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Fluent in English and Thai, Pavida is known for her professionalism, transparency and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, meditation, pickleball, skiing and riverside jogging, bringing balance and focus to every client interaction.
