Francesca felt an immediate connection to Dubai during her first visit, drawn to the city's energy, ambition and growth.

With experience living in Italy and the South of France, she brings a broad international perspective to her role at haus & haus. Francesca holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, giving her a deep understanding of people and what it takes to thrive in a high-performance environment.

Her background includes over two years in recruitment and a previous role as a Behaviour Therapist, where she supported individuals with empathy and insight.

Passionate about matching the right people to the right roles, Francesca focuses on helping candidates build long term careers in Dubai’s real estate market.

Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new cafés and aesthetic Pilates studios, always seeking new ways to grow, connect and support those around her.
