Originally from Australia, she began her career in residential real estate before moving to the UK, where she rose from Manager to Head of Operations and played a key role in multiple large-scale projects, including a company merger and restructure.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is passionate about improving business operations and building strong, high-performing teams. Claire joined haus & haus in 2024, returning to her residential roots with a renewed focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
