We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design team. This role supports the creation of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and elevate the haus & haus identity across every touchpoint.

You will work closely with the Graphic Design Lead, Brand & Creative team, Marketing Managers, and Production team to support campaigns across Residential, Luxury, Off Plan, Commercial, and Holiday Rental divisions 

What You'll Do

  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, listing presentations, social media graphics, email visuals, signage, and event materials.
  • Assist in property-specific marketing assets for sales and leasing campaigns.
  • Support digital campaign creative (web banners, landing page visuals, paid ads).
  • Prepare artwork for print production with accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to haus & haus brand guidelines.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all departments.
  • Support brand rollouts, internal campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Work closely with Marketing Coordinators and Sales Managers to understand campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Production teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Manage multiple design requests within tight deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Ensure files are delivered correctly formatted and on time.

What You'll Need

  • 1–2 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats and social media sizing.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-focused and highly organized.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Delivering accurate, polished designs on time.
  • Elevating the visual standard of property marketing materials.
